This sourdough is made from a mix of organic, freshly milled stone-ground flours from Valley Stone Ground (right here in Penticton!). The certified organic grains are grown in Enderby/Armstrong at Fieldstone Granary. It has a wheaty sweetness overtop a light, buttermilky sourness.  This loaf is a mixture of sifted Red Spring, organic white, rye and Khorasan.
